Window Cleaning

Window Cleaning & Maintenance

To keep your views of Leslieville and the waterfront crystal clear, the building performs regular professional window cleaning. Here is how the schedule works and how you can help maintain your suite's windows.

Exterior Window Cleaning

Because we are a high-rise building, exterior windows are cleaned by professional contractors using specialized equipment.

  • The Schedule: Exterior cleaning is typically performed twice per year (once in the Spring and once in the Fall).
  • Notice of Service: Management will provide at least 48 hours' notice before contractors begin. During this time, workers will be visible outside your windows; please ensure your blinds are closed if you require privacy.
  • Balconies: Please clear all furniture, plants, and personal items from your balcony during the scheduled cleaning window to allow contractors safe access to the glass.

Interior Maintenance

Residents are responsible for the routine cleaning of the interior glass, tracks, and frames within their suites.

  • Cleaning Tip: Use a mild soap and water solution or a standard glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive chemicals or razor blades, as these can scratch the glass or damage the seals.
  • The Tracks: Dust and debris can accumulate in the window tracks over time. Use a vacuum attachment or a damp cloth to keep them clear to ensure your windows open and close smoothly.

Balcony Doors

Unlike the high-rise exterior glass, residents are responsible for cleaning both the interior and exterior of their glass balcony doors. Keeping these clean ensures you have an unobstructed view of the 3rd-floor courtyard or the city skyline.

Reporting Issues

If you notice a broken seal (fogging between the glass panes), a crack, or a window that is difficult to operate, please do not attempt to fix it yourself. Submit a Maintenance Request through the portal so our team can inspect it.
