Moving Truck Logistics

To keep moving day organized and safe for all residents, all move-ins and move-outs must be conducted through the designated Loading Dock. To avoid delays or being asked to move your vehicle by building security, please ensure your moving team follows these specific requirements:

🚛 Truck Positioning & Access

  • The Loading Bay: All moving trucks must be backed into the loading bay. This allows for the most efficient off-loading and keeps the service entrance clear.
  • Keep Lanes Clear: Trucks are strictly prohibited from blocking the parking garage entrance or the fire lane. These areas must remain accessible for emergency vehicles and your fellow neighbours at all times.

📦 Equipment & Protection

  • Bring Your Own Gear: Please note that dollies and carts are not provided by the building. Ensure your movers come prepared with all the equipment they need to transport your items from the truck to your suite.
  • Use Ramps: Movers are required to use ramps when transitioning items from the truck to the dock or over any curbs. This prevents damage to the building’s concrete and flooring.

💡 Pro-Tip for Movers

Before your moving crew begins, have them do a quick "walk-through" of the path from the loading dock to the service elevator. This ensures they know the most direct route and avoids any confusion once the heavy lifting starts.
